Substrate Diagnostics & Moisture Testing
Before any resin system is selected, the slab is checked for moisture risk, surface integrity and bond capability to reduce the possibility of premature delamination.
A high-performance industrial floor is installed through a controlled sequence. FloorSathi manages each lifecycle stage — substrate inspection, mechanical preparation, resin application, final quality validation and ongoing maintenance support.
The installation lifecycle follows one continuous sequence: first the concrete is assessed, then prepared, the selected resin system is installed, and the completed floor is validated before entering its maintenance lifecycle.
Before any resin system is selected, the slab is checked for moisture risk, surface integrity and bond capability to reduce the possibility of premature delamination.
The concrete surface is mechanically profiled to remove laitance, curing residues and weak micro-aggregates while creating the key needed for polymer interlocking.
After the substrate is approved and prepared, the selected epoxy, PU, self-leveling or ESD system is installed using controlled mixing and application practices.
Post-cure checks validate coating build and finished performance, followed by warranty coordination, re-sealing, joint care and preventive maintenance support.
From initial substrate inspection to long-term maintenance, every stage supports the performance and service life of the completed flooring system.
