1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing floorsathi.com or utilizing our quotation generators, project calculators, and site survey portals, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

2. Quotation Estimates & Site Surveys

Calculations produced by the online Floor Area Calculator or quick estimate forms are indicative engineering estimates. Final binding commercial proposals require an on-site physical survey to verify substrate tensile strength (ASTM D4541), relative humidity (ASTM F2170), joint degradation, and levelness.

3. Substrate Preparedness Prerequisite

Unless expressly contracted for comprehensive screed replacement under our turnkey package, the client is responsible for ensuring the base concrete has achieved its 28-day hydraulic cure and exhibits compressive capacity exceeding 25 MPa.

4. Performance Warranty Scope

Written warranties (ranging from 3 to 10 years) are issued upon completion of joint handover sign-off and receipt of milestone payments. Warranties cover material delamination and chemical degradation under stated operating parameters, excluding structural building movement or mechanical impact exceeding agreed system thresholds.
